What are your terms and conditions?

Acceptance of Terms: I have read and understand the terms of service pertaining to ordering and viewing of Salin Sex web site. These terms can be modified by us at any time without notice.

Age and Consent

• I am at least 18 years of age.
• It is not unlawful in my state, province, municipality, or other jurisdiction to view information or order products from this site.
• I consent to view sexually explicit material.

Health and Safety

The information and products provided by Salin Sex web sites are not intended for use without appropriate knowledge on the user’s part about health and safety. Salin Sex may offer suggestions on how to use or care for our products, but ultimately it is up to the user to ensure that the products and information acquired from us is used in a safe and harmless manner to the user or another party.

Return Policy

• DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: In the event that an item should be damaged during transit or arrive defective, we will gladly provide an exact exchange within 30 days of the UPS delivery date. This is a rare event as we battery test all products before leaving the store, but it does occasionally happen. Please note that pre-authorization is required for all exchanges! You can call (323) 650-1022 x120 from 10am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning your item.
• OUR PLEDGE: Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges (defective products exempt), as we cannot re-sell them. Health and Safety is of the upmost importance to us here at Salin Sex , once our products leave the store we DO NOT take them back.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, email tommy-li1118@163.com  immediately, as most orders ship the same day that we receive them. If your order has already been shipped, you will be fully refunded minus an $11 cancellation fee.

Shipping

Salin Sex uses UPS as our main method of shipping. Our UPS packages go out Monday through Friday and require a physical street address (no PO Boxes) to be delivered. Note if you give a PO Box as the shipping address you will receive notification that we require a physical street address and your package will not go out until we receive that information. We do deliver to APOs, FPOs and all US territories, however, your package will be sent using USPS. For all packages sent out using USPS, delivery time varies depending on your location and we do not offer express deliveries for these types of addresses. We do not ship on major Holidays such as: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Orders that are made before 2pm PST using shipping methods Next Business Day, Second Business Day Air and Three Day Select will be shipped same day. All other orders will be shipped either same day or the following day (not including Saturday and Sunday or packages being shipped USPS). Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the same day, however, will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Shipping Methods

• GROUND: Ground packages will be shipped either same day or the following and will arrive within 1-7 business days in the contiguous US; 3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. This option is not available for Puerto Rico. 3 DAY SELECT: 3rd Day Select packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 2pm PST. If the order is placed after 2pm PST the package will be shipped the following business day. The package will arrive 3 business days after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• 2nd BUSINESS DAY AIR: 2nd Business Day Air packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 2pm PST. If the order is placed after 2pm PST the package will be shipped the following business day. The package will arrive 2 business days after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• Next Business Day Air: Next Business Day Air packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 2pm PST. If the order is placed after 2pm PST the package will be shipped the following business day. The package will arrive the next business day after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• Note: SalinSex.com will not guarantee the delivery time of any order. Shipping costs will not be refunded because of delayed deliveries. Deliveries can be delayed for any reason. Most delays are due to weather conditions. Plan orders and choose payment options appropriately. Please order your items appropriately, choosing the UPS shipping service that will ensure that you receive the order at least 2 business days in advance of the needed time period.
